Wine Yoga

The yoga taught for this event will be a deeply relaxing Yin Yoga (deep stretch) rather than our typical rigorous class, and pairs well with your favorite wine or beverage for a deeply restorative evening! The yoga will be led by Padma Dharmata, and is a unique class to include people of all levels and abilities, including modifications and advancements as needed. The yoga class utilizes great music, begins with a breath practice, and concludes with a 5-minute guided savasana or "rest". BRING YOUR OWN MAT. A limited number of mats will be available for borrow at the event. Padma will have a couple of extra mats if needed, so please text ahead if you need to reserve a mat.
