About The Event
Bring a wrapped book (or as many wrapped books as you'd like) to trade and swap it for someone else's.
After gathering everyone's submissions, each participant will take turns pulling new books blindly in a "Dirty Santa" style. Steals are allowed, though each book is only allowed to be stolen three times. Each participant will pull the same number of books as they brought with them. Once all books have been unwrapped, a trade period is available.
This month (May 2026) features a special Kids Book Swap! Get your kids' reading options refreshed in time for summer - completely for free. Depending on participation, swaps will be based on age range and will not include the Dirty Santa style stealing portion. We do allow swaps from our used book section if the available swaps are not suitable, or the swap may be applied to store credit.
